My favorite studies on call, ranked:

1. Normal renal US/CTPA/CT head

2. Normal trauma pan-scan (easy to read, feel good for the patient)

3. Interesting pathology in an otherwise normal patient

4. Maybe a few belly horrors or traumatic exencephalies a night to keep things interesting

9999. Inpatient arthritis series

Your turn.

1. Screening mammogram
2. MRI knee
3. MRI shoulder
4. And I love performing swallow studies and defecogram on call.\

9999. Coronary angiogram.

Don't forget status post colostomy, with radical cystectomy with uterostomy. Rule out abdominal pain.
