Fee Waiver Question

I received the fee waiver from AMCAS, but AACOMAS ran out before I applied. I don't mind paying the primary fees, but do you know of any way I can get the secondaries waived without seeming cheap? I don't know if it would be wise to tell each DO school about this. I have the money to pay it if I apply to 5-10 DO schools, but I wanted to save that for interview expenses.

When did you apply for the AACOMAS fee waiver?

I never got the chance to. They ran out within two weeks. They said on the site they normally run out by mid summer, and they ran out before summer even started. Which is the middle of June.

I applied at the end of May and they still put me on a waitlist because they ran out. I had to withdraw from the waitlist because I wanted to submit my app early and it was getting pretty late.

Really? Wow, they ran out even faster than I thought. That's awful.
