I have a situation that keeps happening to me....
whenever i scrub in to assist in any procedure, about 40 mins into it, i get all hot and then my b.p falls then i gotta sit down, disrupting the whole o.t while they get me out and check my blood pressure, which gets to about 100/70, and then i break out into a sweat, i recover in just a few mins but obviously i get banned from scrubbing in again that day....
how do i overcome this? im missing out on precious opportunities....ive never had a problem with seeing blood before. maybe its when i scrub it gets too hot wearing all that stuff? i usually do have breakfast so i dont think its related to my diet, and im on the pill so im not pregnant.
any suggestions? please
