Fellowship during residency?

Hey all -- sorry if this is a repeat question, but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere on this board. What are the possible fellowships that can be done during research research in the middle of residency? (ie: after PGY 2 or 3) I've heard of Critical Care and ECMO, but are there any others?

at one interview, I heard about a resident who had done an IR fellowship aftter his PGY3 year of gen surg.

According to the NRMP (which manages the MIS fellowship match):

Applicants must have completed their residency in general surgery to obtain a fellowship in minimally invasive and gastrointestinal surgery.

Another option is a Burn fellowship which can be done between 3rd and 4th year.
