I am finishing my residency in surgery in the US.
I don't want to stay in the US but rather go to Europe.
I would like to do a felloship in Germany.
Does anyone know my options there?

I wander why would a US surgeon move out from US?
From what I heard, that the income of US surgeon is the best of all over the world.
