Fibro guidelines - link to reference?

Does anyone have a good link to a reference regarding the use of opiates in fibromyalgia and what the outcomes are? I rarely prescribe opiates to patients with fibro however my justification for not prescribing are based on older studies... anyone have anything more recent?
