Does anyone know how long it takes FAFSA to process your application and submit the info to your designated school?

What exactly does the March 15th deadline mean?

Any feedback would greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It's quicker online I hear. I submitted mine on a Saturday - it was processed by Monday evening (and they don't work on weekends so thats pretty darn fast!). I submitted a correction Monday evening and it was re-processed by Tuesday afternoon.

I guess what I should have mentioned is that it took me longer to fill it out than for them to process it...

yeah...i hear that it's much faster online.
Jess...i also hear that it's best to file FAFSA as early as possible. if you're like me, i haven't submitted yet and it's March 15th!🙁 Oh well...I'm not EXACTLY sure what's so important about the 3/15 deadline, but my understanding is that it's the school's deadline that is most important. Luckily the school's I'm most interested in don't have deadlines until late. I'm not sure if i'm totally correct here. someone correct me if i'm wrong that the school's deadlines are most important.

Hey, this is what I learned regarding the deadline from
