I'm taking DAT on Jul 18. Am I ok if I submit supplemental applications after I take it?

It depends. Have schools already sent them to you? It might look bad if it takes you a whole 3-4 weeks to submit them.
You could always send the schools a quick e-mail telling them you are studying for the DAT, which you will be taking on July 18th. Ask if it would be okay if you submitted the supplements afterwards, as you want to dedicate all of your time now to studying.

That's a good idea. I am currently freaking out about orgo...I took it 8 years ago and DAT Destroyer is destroying me instead

Did you start with the Destroyer, or did you use Chad first? You DEFINITELY need to use Chad first.
I did chads and did well on the quizzes, but its not translating to destroyer. I just started destroyer yesterday, and I plan on going through them twice within next 2 weeks, then do bootcamp 10 days before. I think im going to take some focus away from bio and do more orgo...
