final 10 days - usmleworld, free nbme test or the paid one?

Hey guys,
I've about 10 days left for the test now. I haven't done any of the nbme tests yet. I started doing world a long time ago and sorta dont remember a lot of the things that I read before while doing world. What do you think I should do right now?
I gave one of the free tests. I've been going over USW again since the last week coz I dont remember most of the questions. Should I continue doing USW again or should I give one of the paid tests and cram the questions from there? I sorta felt that the free test was way easier than USW.

Also any last week advices?

Also should I go over goljans high yield?

I would take an NBME ,maybe 6 or 7 to see where I stand.Given that the free test ( i assume the 150) is a easier one,I would not gauge my progress with that one.

Continue with what you are doing with UW,ideally examinees recommend you run through it during the last two weeks anyway.Budget the number of questions you do daily and aim to have it finished,with emphasis on incorrect questions,before your test.

How far are you with FA? I would also tackle FA by rote memorization cover to cover.

Remember to keep it simple during last few days- maybe a test or two of a practice exam and UW + FA,with focus on crammable items like Lysosomal dz, pharm physio equations ,neuro images etc.

Run through the blue margins of RR too!
