Thank you! :) It was a pretty quick decision because I loved the school and the cities. I'm jealous of the fact that you'll be enjoying warm tropical weather while I'll be freezing my butt off.

Well I was hoping to post a school on here as my final decision, but after much thought and consideration and even some nights of sleeplessness, I have decided to defer my acceptances to St. Matthews University and University of Edinburgh. As some of you might have been following, it was a really tough decision to make, but I recently have come into some financial and immediate family medical problems. I feel it would be best for me not to be so far away in another country for 4 years. Also since this years application, I have improved my experiences and whole application soooo much that I feel I owe it to myself to try again and get into the US.

Thanks for everyone's support and guidance in helping me make my decision. It was really tough, but now I'm extra motivated and have ordered the VMSAR and signed up for Kaplan tutoring for the GRE (gonna take it again....4th time!) I really hope to get into U. Florida or Tufts next year so I can do marine life and or wildlife/conservation which is my ultimate goal :D

I know LSU has 2 out of state spots left.....I'm still on their waitlist....but I guess you'd be entering the 2nd year and maybe no one dropped out or it's already filled? Either way, I hope you get something! :D

All I know is that Tufts currently has 2 spots open (but according to the admissions lady they could find out about more over the course of the summer), but I know of at least 5 people in my class who applied there to transfer! :scared: From what I've learned from the admissions lady at Kansas, though, they might have some openings.

(I feel so guilty, like I'm hoping that someone failed/dropped out so that I can take their spot. I'm just hoping that if I get someone's spot, they left by choice, or else I'd feel really mean :oops:)

If it helps, two people left at end of first semester, and only one spot was filled then. I think 4 second years failed back down to our class, and there were 2 of my classmates talking about leaving the class this summer by choice. Don't know if anyone failed. So there might be spots open.
