Final submission of ROL

Okay, so how do we "submit" the ROL to be used in the match? Is "certifying" it submission? If my status is green saying CERTIFIED.. Is that all that needs to be done? There is no Final submission button, just the certify button??

I have nightmares, I swear, that my rank list was not used in the match for some reason haha

Yes and yes. If you edit your ROL in any way (add/remove programs, change program order), then you must re-certify it.
