Hi!
Does anybody know the maximum income you can make a year and still be eligible for full financial aid considering that you are independent? Thanks

You can have any income and still be eligible for UNsubsidized loans - I believe that the amount is in the $30,000 range. Your income will affect subsidized loans and grants. You'll get an EFC number - expected family contribution - based on your income. If you're independent (meaning you don't have to include your parents' income), this number will be lower by proxy. However, I think that some schools require you to fill in your parents' financial info even if you've been independent for years.

If you see this, usi - what have you decided to do regarding your mom's financial info? Did UF give you any other options?
