I just filed an application for student aid on fafsa.ed.gov. I than called the financial aid office of my school and they told it would take 4-6 weeks to process. I am new to this financial aid and load thing. Is this my only option for aid, loan, etc?? Should I check out other options??

You can always take out private loans I believe, but start out with FAFSA, cuz it's your best bet, mainly because federal rates are much lower than private ones. Hope this helps 🙂
