I am thinking of doing an SMP, and I just want to be clear that it is standard practice to take out about 50,000 in loans to cover all expenses. Thank you all very much for your help!

It depends where you want to go, how long the program is, where you want to live, if you want the cost of the loan to cover living expenses such as housing, food, etc.. etc...
