the answer according to me is enolase....
phosphorylase is in glycogen degradion - needs glucagon
phosphofucto is allosterically inhibited buy insulin.....

Is there anybody who knows whether the missing Date of birth in evaluation report ( ECE report) afffects while applying to a dental school? by mistake I forgot to mention my DOB in the ECE application.
