Flow rates - additional resources or help

For some reason, I'm just horrible at flow rates, I can't for the life of me figure out some of the problems in Rx Prep and they take way too long for me to think about them. I think it's b/c all of them are sort of solved in different ways. Are there any resources people found helpful for this or an easy way of figuring them out?

I used a pharm calculations textbook. Drop by your pharm school or local library and get a copy.

I don't know what is confusing you. flow rate is about conversion of different units in my opinion, which is actually straightforward. If you can't find out what is holding you back, it would be hard to improve.
