I just got back my Step 1 score yesterday and ended up with a 264. Can I still try and apply NSG categorical being an FMG or should I go the general surgery route and then try for neurosurgery fellowship? I'm going to do all the basic needed thing like US clerkships and LORs etc. Just wanted some advice on which route I should follow. Thanks!
