Im not gonna be one of those guys tha`t ask is my score is good enough while everyone and that person himself know that it is.. Im goin be one of those guys who actually help out those poor ppl who havent taken the test yet..Yes, I know your pain.. God knows how many times I ask myself why do I need to know this **** for pulling teeth..

Now for ways to helping you guys out... Cause this website actually help me out and we should always give back to those that help you..

First of all I got PIANO!!!
Bio: U always hav a Biome question no matter what test you get.. Know your plants, and muscle and heart... YA i know thats broad but if your a cute girl give me a call and ill make it more specific...🙂.. I didnt have any questions on hormones but i did get one on what is a steroid and which one is a protein..
Here is my best way of explaining a question on the test and how we study it.. We try to know most common peptides and steriods and what they do. But the test isnt gonna ask which one is a peptide or steriod.. It will ask, which one will go through the cell.. Well we know that peptides dont go through the cell but attach to a receptor, but steriods can easily pass through. So we look for the hormone that is a steriod.. Get how these questions are guys.. Just gotta think a little....

Ochem: MAN it was so much eaiser than destroyer and kaplan. Im sitting there studying reactions like what does LiCH3 due attacking a oxriane while the test asked me questions like is Br2 added in Syn or anti... Or what is it when a single bond goes to double bond.. For those who dont know, its elimination.. Rview the destroyer maps but dont kill your self with the rxns mech.. Kaplan was okay and Topscore was alot like the test..

Gchem: And this was my worst subject... know your phase changes, hess laws and that whole chapter about it ( like delta g, delta s and stuff..

Math: ALot of word problem and geomtry but no trig... I know thank G-d... Destroyer and Princeton math were GREAT!!!! Due them twice dont even waste your time on Kaplan math..

PAt: CRACK AND KAPLAN... but the top/front/end view of crack was way eaiser than the test and the tests angles and pattern folding was eaiser than crack..

RC: Dont ask me, I ranked in the 44 percentile. I hope that doesnt effect me that much but it really stands out when u see my other scores..
ANd how do u pull a 30 on RC like that other person that put a post. Either your lying or you had some questions.. ITs impossible.. With that amount of time.. Im not hating but damn man teach the ppl or something..

Okay so i know you guys are tripping out about this test.. You think the money you put in, the time you wasted studying, and the way your family will look when u tell them that you did bad... Well dont!! I went into my test having a heart attack.. Palms sweating and tripping the fu** out.. 5 min before my test my boy gave me a text that said

"Dont permit fear of failure to prevent effort. We are all imperfect and will fail on occasion, but fear of failure is the greatest failure of all." John Wooden... Deep, I know...

Right then I mand up and said that I will pimp this test.. No more being a ***** and being scared of this ****.. Those were probably the best words I ever said to myself.. Having confidence and not having confidence going into the test is the difference between 2 points on every subject.. I swear this to you!! Dont let Kalan bring you down or destroyer bring you down.. Attack them and I promise you will due fine. Remember this is a standard test. Basic questions.. Not many tricks like kaplan, princeton, destroyer..

Oh ya get top score, it was most precise to the test and the math was great.. Destroyer, know the math and the g chem and roadmaps.... Bio of destroyer was amazing too.. Dont mess with kaplan too much because the test is not really like it... Good luck.. ANd hope my post helped.. Hope i dont get kicked off for all that foul language..lol..

I don't even know you mang, but I feel so proud for you. My test is next week, but I think I'm going to push it back another week. I'm nervous as HELL.

I been studying from the princeton review material, got from taking the class. Is that what you used also?

great scores! i wouldn't worry about your RC score much, because the rest of your scores make up for it...shouldn't hold you back from any interviews in my opinion, and it should also be above any cutoffs.

by the way, that GC score is really impressive! any tips for this section? what did yo use to study for it?

even though kaplan's practices test are nthing llike the real DAT, but they give good explanations for eash questions, good information. its always better to go over extra sources like kaplan than not.

what is the difference between the new dat format and the old one? coz i just purchased topscore and they keep sending me the exact same questions as i did last year! so i need to know if i am putting myself at a disadvantage by not having the current format of the dat.

Hmm... nothing wrong with that. I studied nothing but Kaplan for 3 weeks and read the Cliffs DAT prep book 2 days before the test. I came out with 22AA and 22PAT... so Kaplan will get you 20s if you go over their material well. Using other texts is a bonus and is only required if you really want to annihilate the DAT with some 23+ scores.

Nothing is wrong with Kaplan, maybe those people didn't realize that it was helpful to them while they were taking their test or they don't know how to apply knowledge.

Really? I thought Kaplan was pretty good and I did well on the DAT...
