For pre req can I chose the better grade

For one of the schools I'm applying to it requires one pre requisite course of general biology with lab. But it also says that cell biology with lab is an acceptable course. I got an A in Cell bio but a B in General Bio. So does that mean I can choose cell bio to fulfil my pre req course instead of Gen Bio.
