Hi everybody,
congrats to those who have been accepted to pod schools! You all must be so excited! I wish you the best of luck! I know that gpa's and mcat scores are sort of personal, but I am scheduled to take the mcat this month and I am so nervous because I am getting 19 on many of my practice tests! I have taken a course and I am studying like crazy! I am applying to all eight schools for fall 2009 but I have my eyes particularly set on Scholl, Barry, NYCPM, Temple, and OCPM.

I have a 3.5 nonscience GPA and a 3.1 science GPA. I just graduated from one of the top 25 universities in the nation (i dont know if this matters or not). I have studied abroad and also had a paper published internationally. Furthermore, I have been crazy involved in ECs, I have 6 great LORs, and I have shadowed various podiatrists (I have LOR from one of them). I also have a pretty powerful personal statement i think.

So I guess my question is, have any of you been accepted to any pod school with an mcat score less than 20? If so, do your other stats compare to mine? I guess I am just trying to get a feel for where I stand. Thanks!
