For those that took the USMLE this year

I have been reading a few threads indicating there are repeats from NMBME and USMLE World questions on the real thing. Is there any truth to this

I took the exam April 7th. There were several questions which asked the same concepts in very similar ways. I didn't notice any word-for-word questions - but very similar indeed!

usmle can ask only so many things, there is not an infinite amount of knowledge they can test on, so yeah definitely there will be repeat questions

I had 2 questions identical to an NBME exam I took...

I had some word-for-word questions from NBME form 5. Also some word for word from Kaplan and UW.
