For unofficial transcript, photocopy okay?

What have you guys mailed to the med schools when they want the unofficial transcript to be sent to them directly?

I have an official transcript that I wanted to xerox, but is that okay?

Last week I got the U Florida secondary. They ask for official transcripts from each post-secondary institution where you earned credit and a photocopy/printout of the application you submitted to AMCAS.

$5 more dollars that AMCAS should have covered for me..
