I am in a bit of a unique situation.

I am currently living in Taiwan and took a Chinese language course at the Mandarin Training Center at National Taiwan Normal University. It is a subisdiary of NTNU and afaik doesn't offer any university credit and is seperate from the main university. My ID card also looks nothing like the normal NTNU students.

Would I be required to submit this transcript, or can I ignore it?
