Hi,
You can still apply for the PASS program, you'll just have to hurry it up a bit. Iam not familiar with the MATCH program thou. You can also get info abt the schools at http://www.aads.jhu.edu/links.html

If you've got all the requirements (ECE, TOEFL,notorized copies of ur transcripts etc) done, then you can still make it .

Good luck.

Hi! Could anyone please guide me in detail about the GPR and AEGD programs. And also how u can apply for them .I would also like to know what is PASS and MATCH.I am totally ignorant on these and any help would be highly appreciated.Thanks.

Hi,
Iam not very familar with GPR, AEGD or MATCH  :) I'll just pass on what ever 'lil bit I've heard .

MATCH is a graduate program... Iam told that there's a common application form for MATCH thou ... You can apply to 30 or so schools just by completing one form . It's tough to get into the program without an US degree as the school will not be funded for accepting a non US graduate. So they usually prefer US graduates.
You might be able to get more info from www.ada.org
GPR, AEGD are like internship programs ( so I've heard) which is usually done by students to gain more experience & confidence before they enter private practice ..But it can be done independently , you dont require an US degree. I guess you get paid too . Iam not sure . Please dont take my word for any of this ....Iam just passing on what I heard abt it so far ..
Also in washington state ( & florida??) ... you can just do GPR or AEGD ( for 2 yrs ) & can get a the licence to practice as a dentist .

Iam sorry I dont know the details of all these programs..

PASS is nothing but advance standing program. Its also called IDP,IDS,ISP.

I know I havent been of much help here....To get detailed info pls contact the schools that offer the program & speak to them personally. Iam sure they'll be more than happy to help you . Ppl here are really helpful & polite so dont hesitate to call up .
