How can a foreign Dentist (eg. from Guyana) with a foreign degree (BDS) get to practice in the UK? What is the procedure? How much would the whole process/course cost? What is the likelihood of getting a job as a Dentist in the UK, as a foreigner? What is the pay like?

First of all, you have to take the IELTS then the ORE test. Once you pass, you qualify for registration.
Fortunately, foreign dentists can work for the NHS in UK. However, you are supposed to work under someone for a year.(ie, if you want to work for NHS)

Take care of visa requirements though. Immigration is not an option for non-EU dentists.
