Is anyone interested in becoming a forensic dentist? It seems very interesting. Does anyone know how long you have to study to become one?

I don't think you'll find many people interested in forensic odontology.

I know there's more to it but really, the idea of investigating bitemarks and a corpse's teeth is kind of .......weird.

People interested in the dead would normally go for autopsy pathology training instead.

I am personally interested in forensic dentistry. I think it would be very cool.

One of the world's leading forensic dentists in on staff at UNLV. He was on-call for the Sept. 11th attack, and works all the major cases in the US and abroad. Because of this, UNLV is planning on opening a forensic dentistry specialty in a couple of years.
