Yup, not necessary. AMCAS won't even verify any future coursework listed. Some schools' secondaries will ask you more questions about your prereq completion, and there will be space there to list if a pre-req is in progress or planned for later on. Other schools won't check at all in the secondary and will just assume that if you matriculate, you will complete all of the necessary prereqs.
I actually didn't complete the future work as well, but don't worry. I called and talked to AMCAS, and I was told the way medical schools view it, your future courses are in flux anyways. They're primarily concerned with fulfilling prereqs, but we're welcome to let the individual schools know what we will be taking if we're still worried.
