For some reason I was so nervous during CS..I forgot to summarize physical exam findings for the every patient. I summarized their HPI twice during the encounter, counseled them, gave them a plan, and asked if they had questions or concerns...Can anyone chime in thats passed the test? am I completely screwed?

I used First Aid to study and they say that you only need to use the summarization technique once per encounter to get credit. I always just summarized the HPI and then continued on with past medical history and stuff followed by the physical. I haven't gotten my result yet and I'm going through the typical worrying that I failed process, but I'm pretty certain you're not going to fail if you didn't summarize the physical exam findings. I'd relax - I wish that was the biggest concern from my performance!

I wouldn't worry. I had a couple encounters that I didn't even finish performing my physical exam, and I passed with ease. I wouldn't worry about what you did. Instead, enjoy the hell out of 4th year.

Oh don't worry, theres a laundry list like everyone else about why I probably failed...best of luck to both of us. Thanks for the response.
