Has anyone that has taken the MCAT used the tutorial time to make a formula sheet? If so, what is your experience with it and what did you write down?

While that may help and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with using that time to organize yourself, remember that test administrators can consider that as an irregularity. When I took the test, the admin walked in, interrupted a guy who was doing that and gave him a warning. At the very least, my guess is that it must have affected that test taker mentally as he may have been worried throughout the test about being closely monitored. It's probably not worth it unless you are willing to take the risk and can find AAMC rules that will back you up if such a situation arises. It is a better idea to go through your formula sheet so many times that recalling formulas as needed becomes trivial.
