FP with OB

I am curious if anyone knows states or cities that are good for practicing FP with OB post-residency? I am considering a residency in OB/GYN or FP with a fellowship in OB. I will do FP with OB if it is still a reality. I know malpractice has forced many FP's to stop OB practice. Any advice or knowledge on the subject???
