3 months of madness its going to be, my results come out around Christmas, all I want for Christmas is a pass on this exam and a Internal Medicine residency position next year.

Welcome to the grueling wait my friend. Your story sounds similar to mine and all of us. Sigh. I am praying for us all. But it sounds like overall you did rather well, relatively.

Fortunately or unfortunately, there is not much we can do regd. Cs until we get the results, so why not have fun? Or be productive and do something to improve other areas of usmle or life in general that might need attention? cheers!
