They are offering a free MCAT testing at my uni, and a $150 discount on their course.

Problem is I've got two big tests next week and I wanted to know if it's worth going for? I'll be taking my MCATs next April or May and will probably take a course.

Should I go ahead and take the free test or not?

about the offer is it a nifty offer by Kaplan? or simply not worth it? should I instead go for princeton review?

I'm thinking that if I take a course they probably would do a whole MCAT test?

Thanks.

IIRC the free test is just your diagnostic should you take the course. Therefore if you take TPR it'd be like a free test, if you take Kap then it's just your diag. I took Kaplan because the center where I was was much better and I liked the materials. I would suggest talking to people and seeing which center is better in your area (but I've heard Kap materials are better - look around the forum though and see what people think).

As regards the discount, the $150 thing is done often but it is a good idea to go ahead and grab b/c it's sizeable and time-limited (i.e. if you decide Kap sign up soon!). Good luck w/ deciding and the MCAT! :luck:
