Free money for pharm school?

Do you guys know if pharm schools offer grants and awards like in undergrad?

ie, Federal Pell Grant, ISAC MAP Award, SMART grant, etc etc

additional info:
-my FAFSA EFC is low (~2000)
-i'm 20, currently in my 2nd year of undergrad.
-if all goes well, i plan on entering pharm school before earning a degree

At some schools for the first two years you are considered undergrad and yes you will be eligible for Pell grants and state grants, but once you switch over to the professional years three and four, you are only eligible for scholarships and loans.
