French Translation help

Trying to understand some abbreviations in French medical terminology: Ru-CH and R.P.P

I think they are the names of specialties. Can anyone help?

The first one I think is something to do with rheumatic surgery (Chirurgie du Rheumatologie) and I assume the second one is a non-surgical speacilty (plain Rheumatologie). But I'm not sure so you might want a second opinion on this.

• Ru-CH et RPP aren't some official abreviation (link to the official list : http://www.ecn.asso.fr/article_447/liste-des-abreviations-autorisees-aux-ecn.html)

and I really don't know what they mean.

• In France, there is no rheumatologic surgery but orthopeadic and traumatologic surgery (chirurgie orthopédique et traumatologique).
