Medical From a 4.0 to a W (withdraw) for intro to foreign language class...how will this affect me?

Currently accepted to a top 5; will be matriculating this fall. With the transition to zoom, one of my classes (an intro foreign language course) has become difficult to keep up with and frankly, quite annoying. I want to withdraw.

Will this affect my acceptance in any way given my previous academic record? Thank you!
