From which international schools are you not considered an IMG?

I know (or at least believe so, correct me if wrong) that the Sackler school of medicine at Tel Aviv University you are not considered an IMG (it's an American program affiliated w/ NY State University). Are there other schools out of the US that are structured like this? How is it to try and get matched to residencies from schools like this?

Not sure where you got this information, but you are required to get ECFMG certification when you graduate from Sackler School of Medicine. This, by definition, makes you an IMG.

Regulations for Promotion & Graduation - Sackler Faculty of Medicine​

If your school is not on one of these lists (M.D./allopathic or osteopathic), you are considered an IMG.

As noted above, you are still considered an IMG. It is NOT an American program but rather a school with significant US ties.
