Future of GI alliance practices

I’m a current fellow looking into jobs. There are a few GI alliance jobs in the areas I would like to practice in.
I recently saw they are getting bought by Cardinal Health.
Does anyone know what that will mean? Is anyone currently working for GIA and have positive outlook? Or should I be looking for other employed or private positions?
