I think it would be really cool! There's enough fairy tales that you would have a large supply of all sorts of characters. Maybe someone will pick it up one day. 🙂

I'm running a final fantasy 7 themed WW game in the lounge, and signups have been, um, very slow. I'd like to get it started as early as tomorrow morning, but only have 12 people so far. All are welcome to come over there and join up (it's mostly regulars from here that's signed up already anyway)...

the fact you have a waiting list for games to be created that is 20+ long is fairly incredible...
My videogame based one in the lounge has been a blast to mod so far and I've gotten a ton of confused looks, and a ton of PM's stating they love their role... but there wasn't as much excitement or interest in it, mainly cause not many people knew or played the game (and those that might have played the game played it 15yrs ago like normal people)...
I just came up with a new idea, and trying to see if there is any interest before I put time into creating it... would likely put it up in the Lounge, but if the reception is better here than in the lounge, I could be convinced to run it here and put myself on your list... Anyone play or know anything about the Diablo game series and be interested in playing a game based on that?
Hey, I love FF7. Sad I got wiped out pretty early but will watch the rest of the game un-fold. I never played Diablo but am familiar with it. I always love WW so bring it on!

Loving the FF7 game!!! 😀 I'm sure you're more than welcome to host a game here. I'm assuming that a lot if people feel intimidated by the lounge. At least, that's how I felt. But with mostly pre-vet/vet regulars playing, it hasn't been that different 🙂. I haven't played Diablo, but it's interesting to read up on a game you haven't played. It gives a different perspective when you go to play the actual game. 😀
FF7 is my all time favorite video game, but yeah, it's been a million years since I played it. Your game is making me want to find a way to play it again!! I'm not as big of a Diablo fan, but I'm familiar with it, so I would join in on a WW game.
WHen's the next game coming up? I wanna play again and not be killed first. 😛
I should be able to get my Pirates game up in early April when classes finish. Not sure if that's a good time for dyachei, but I'll plan on having it ready by then unless someone else wants to go first.
Glad you guys are enjoying FF7, it is my first foray into the WW games, and am definitely trying to get the "DocE is messing with my mind" vibe from it... The game lends itself to so many twists and turns, and really, when **** that has a 3/17 probability happens night one, a 2/16 probability happens in night 2, and a 1/14 probability happens in night 3, you get to a point in the game where you never expected it to be sitting like this...

I'm thinking you should run Ghostbusters with dyachei before Once Upon a Time though just so we aren't both super-noob mods.
I just need to run and finish my game during the month of April before classes start again so if FH's game ends early, I'm fine with pushing it back until after dyachei is free that month (the 8th). 👍

I modded mysterious planet at 40 players and 24 items, I think, may have been more items than that... All 40 players had roles that could do something as well.
I played through FF7 a million times but I don't play games in or ever go to the Lounge.

It wasn't too bad to mod because I had a way to keep in check the number of roles that were active each night, same goes with the items, but I think it was difficult to keep track of players and things... especially for those playing the game, people mentioned a few times that they forgot who all was playing (yes, you can look back at the player list but no one wants to do that all time).
Yes I'm glad that I was a wolf because the collaborative effort of keeping things up to date made that much less cumbersome. 😎
edit: I think that's the game where I suggested that the wolves should have a gdoc for basically that reason.
