The Extramurals Electives Compendium (EEC) is now an electronic publication. The EEC provides information in a searchable database format about elective opportunities at US and Canadian medical schools for international students and students enrolled at LCME-accredited medical schools. The EEC includes contact information about medical school personnel, school Web sites, application and scheduling dates, tuition and fees, and malpractice insurance requirements.

The Summer Make-up Course Program Listing has been reformatted as an electronic document as well. The Program Listing contains contains information, in a searchable database format, about summer medical school course opportunities at US medical schools. The Program Listing is searchable by school, state, and course category.

The AAMC has a new Web-based service that helps program directors and residency applicants find each other. It is designed to complement the Electronic Application Service (ERAS) and the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP).
