So I'm currently looking for jobs.

In the event that I am accepted to medical school would it be frowned upon to quit in the middle of an internship/job that requires a minimum time commitment?

I don't want to sit around doing nothing for 6+ months because I'm waiting for med school decisions.

The employer obviously wouldn’t like it, but it’s business. I took a scribe job that had a 12 month time commitment but then 2 months in I got job offer that was going to pay me 50% more and was better experience. I took the job.
