Gap year for reapplicant

So I already took a gap year off and will mostly likely be reapplying.

I'm guessing the previous weak points of my application was my MCAT scores, lack of community service and leadership, and a bit weaker on the clinical and research side of things.

Any ideas on activities to really bring up these weaknesses? I'll be taking my MCAT in May (will be studying for it fulltime without a job commitment now atm)

What sort of activities do you already have? I need more info. Ideally, leadership in active endeavors you already have look better because it shows commitment.
