Hi everyone! I'm really torn about which gap year job to do.

1) Medical Assistant at Derm Clinic
2) Research Assistant primarily writing grants for public health research

It sounds like you know what to do.

Just a FYI, I would avoid telling medical schools that you are interested in derm! They will think that you are going into medicine for the lifestyle/money.
