Thanks,

Use Kaplan or TPR. Stay away from EK General Chem. It assumes prior knowledge and even introduces new concepts in the answer explanations.

Is Second Language or the Berkeley Review any better?? I'm tempted to use a textbook, but I think that will much harder to learn with.

For my overall review, I'm usuing A Kaplan review book, but then I also bought the MCAT in a box- it's flashcard that you can carry with you instead of lugging around a big book and looking like a total reject! But, the flashcards seem to work best have a biology, chemistry, and physics division...very comprehensive!😳

Chemistry - The Central Science

by Brown, Lemay, & Bursten

ISBN: 0 - 12-066997-0

I used the 9th edition.

Best Book ever for chemistry.

Berkeley Review's Chemistry books. They're a great cross between a quick review (similar to Kaplan) and a textbook, in that there is plenty of detail for you to relearn things, but more oriented towards the MCAT... so it's closer to a review book than a textbook; yet loaded with all the detail you'll need.
