Georgetown and USC

USC presumably means the California school, and not U S Carolina?
Georgetown is reasonable stats-wise and USC a tiny bit of a reach. USC would probably like to see a lot of research. GT would like to see a lot of nonmedical community service. Your clinical experience is low in general, as 150 hours is the average listed, acquired over 1.5 years. You might consider broadening the shadowing to include another specialty or two, ideally one a primary care doc.
