Hello everyone, any and all feedback is appreciated.

CA resident, ORM (I know)
Biology major at a CA public university

cGPA: 3.95
sGPA: 3.92
MCAT: 514

Clinical experience:
EMT (~1100 hours)
Hospital volunteering (~150 hours)

Research:
Clinical research with veterans (~700 hours + plan to continue during gap)
No pubs or posters

Non-clinical volunteering:
Camp counselor for children affected by parents cancer (~600 hours)
Tutoring underserved / first-generation students including ESL and learning differences (~400 hours)
Senior assistance volunteering (~150 hours)

Shadowing:
~ 3 specialties, ~20 hours each

Other activities/hobbies:
Undergraduate instructional assistant (~120 hours)
Co-founded and led school soccer group for pickup games and tournaments (~400 hours)
Peer mentorship (~100 hours)
Worked a couple food service jobs part time throughout college (~700 hours)
Bodybuilding/lifting

Letters of recommendation:
2 science faculty
Clinical supervisor (nurse I worked with as an EMT)
Volunteer supervisor (3+ year relationship)
Research letter (written by lab manager and PI MD)
No committee letter

Overall I'd my app is pretty service-heavy with a lot of long-term involvement with underserved populations, and clinical exposure as an EMT. Research is there but not a major focus. Tried to be relatively realistic with my school list but definitely needs tweaking.

School list (32):
UCSF
UCLA
UCSD
UC Irvine
USC (Keck)
Kaiser Permanente
UC Davis

Albert Einstein
University of Rochester
Hofstra
Dartmouth
Boston University
Tufts
Wake Forest
Sidney Kimmel (Jefferson)
George Washington
Georgetown
Emory
Case Western

Loyola Chicago (Stritch)
Rush
Creighton
Saint Louis University
Quinnipiac
Oakland Beaumont
Medical College of Wisconsin
Temple

University of Miami
Penn State
VCU
New York Medical College
Ohio State

Thanks in advance.

Right now, you have a lot of hours mentoring, tutoring, or teaching. This includes your summer camp work. I am going to guess your volunteering with seniors (150 hours) could cover for service orientation activity, but it might be low for many of the schools on your list that are "service-focused" (Loyola, Rush).

Remove Rush and Loyola since they expect many hundreds or thousands of hours in non clinical activities besides counseling and tutoring. You could add these schools:
Roseman
Alice Walton
TCU
Belmont
Methodist
Eastern Virginia
Drexel
Albany
Oakland Beaumont
California University
California Northstate

I recommend keeping Loyola. As an applicant who was accepted this cycle to Stritch, I believe you have good non-clinical volunteering. I suggest you add Wayne State as well.
