i'm not sure how long my response to their essay question should be...how long were your essays? seems like an awful lot of space to fill up....

Just checked, mine was just under 350 words. Like the other 'what do you like' questions, I found particulars in location, curriculum etc that attracts me and always a couple small things that make them stand out from all other schools. If interested, I'll email you mine.

just rescheduled my G-town interview for the 29th of this month, so if you are still interested in them after that point I'd be happy to share my experience with you.

You know it's getting sad when....you have one essay and have interchanged schools' names in it. I mean, c'mon, with a lot of more 'traditional' schools, it's the same stuff! --Trek

I had the biggest typo in the WORLD on my secondary essay, ("Most importantly then..."), to highlight my biggest reason for pushing Gtown to the top of my list, and I am a mediocre candidate, and I was invited for an interview. Bottom line- relax.

Wow- ironic, I just made a typo while addressing a typo. My original typo was: "Most importantly than..."- I was referring to the school's reputation.

By the way, I am TYPO KING.

Mine was single spaced, 11 Times New Roman, one page. Two major typos:

...idea of educating "future leaders in medical practice and academia" while at the same time stressing the importance "cooperation with other health...".

I left out the word "of"

I have another one in the essay somewhere but can't find it now. Offered interview 6 weeks ago and will be there on the 29th. Relax, they understand that we pump these babies out over night and are bound to have a couple of errors.
