Just curious -
At my school, the only way to get "honors" on any rotation (3rd or 4th year) is to
1. Get honors in the rotation (all excellents with no more than 4 "O"'s - which means "outstanding")
2. Score better than 90% on the OSCE
3. Score better than 2 standard deviations above the mean on the shelf
As I understand it, only one person in the year before me got "honors" in one rotation.
