They closed Harvard...turned it into Boston School of HVAC

You can go to the Harvard Medical School website and find out or look through some pre-med books such as the AAMC Guide to Medical Schools and Requirements.......Good luck!!! 🙄

True Story. I was a research assistant at HMS, but as of last monday am now a HVAC technician. Promising career, I think I will forego my med school apps.

If you're being sarcastic, is it funny to you that some people have to work jobs that are lower than your esteemed position as a research assistant/medical school applicant? If it wasn't for those people, you wouldn't even have an opportunity to pursue entrance into medical school.

You'll soon learn that empathy is a common factor among compassionate physicians.

Oh, and your position as a research assistant at HMS, did you enjoy not having tuition remission? Was your name 9th or 10th on the author list?

Get a life, loser.

Dude, calm down!

I was in no way trying to be offensive to anyone, just playing around with a previous post.

As a re-applicant I certainly do not feel like a holier-than-though research assistant (do you know what one is? It isn't that esteemed). I really hope I get in to school this year...anywhere.

Oh, and I was second on the author list and worked damn hard to be that, including a lot of sh*% work in the lab. Believe me I do not have illusions of grandeur by being an RA at harvard med school.

Furthermore...

I currently work a second job (because I am poor and need $$ to apply) as a unit secretary at a local hospital, believe me when I tell you this position is (at least at the hospital I am at) not exactly esteemed. I know what it is like to work, I have worked for everything I have. Including full-time all through college as a front deks clerk at a hotel - again, not esteemed.

So excuse me if when I roll into work on a friday morning, am struck funny by a post and feel like replying in a sarcastic manner; sometimes humor is necessary to get you through a crappy day.

Hope you are having a nice one.

Lighten up, loser.
