My test is in a 13 days and I've spent the last 3 months preparing and I'm starting to get the nerves. I'm getting more nervous about the exam and almost paranoid about getting questions wrong on practice sections and it's really taking a toll on me. I find myself second guessing myself or sometimes blanking out for a few seconds during my practice exams.

I've been using qvault, did the destroyers twice, Bootcamp, CDR, and Chad's.

Here's my current itinerary (opinions are welcomed!): I plan on taking the 2009 in 2 days (been saving this one), a topscore in 4 days, and lastly, the 2007 (used this as a benchmark back in december) in 6 days. Planning to follow up all of that with a massive review.

Below is a list of my scores so far and I think I'm on the right track. But what worries the crap out of me and is nearly driving me insane is missing questions or getting bludgeoned by a clown in the cereal box question (often seen in qVault) and losing tons of points for it.

For qVault,
GC: 21/21/29/29/21/21/21
BIO: 22/20/22/23/21/21/20

Bootcamp (each exam was taken at full length):
BIO: 25/ 26/ 22/ 23
GC: 26/ 21/ 25/ 24
ORGO: 22/ 20/ 22/ 29
PAT: 19/ 20/ 20/ 21 (Much harder keyholes and TFE compared to CDP)
RC: 18/ 19/ 19/ 23 (Boosted my score a ton when I started using vicvipers S&D method)
QR : 19/20/20/21 (Seems much different from MD, definitely harder with more algebra and stat problems)

CDP: 17/19/22/21/24/22/23/24
CDR: 18/18/19/18/21/20/21

I really didn't mean to type so much, I guess I'm venting. I'm losing focus, losing confidence, and second guessing myself. All in all, I'm feeling a lot of anxiety and stress. My greatest fear is that I'll underperform on the real exam.

Any advice? Should I take a night off and go out?
How did you guys feel in the weeks prior to the exam and how did you cope?

i think you're in great shape! take a night off if you wish (don't binge drink!) but then the last 10 days go HARD!

your q-vault scores were very similar to mine. you'll do fine. just make sure to take your topscore and achiever tests and give yourself some time to review them thoroughly. learn from your mistakes and when you go into your test on test day, just feel as though there is no pressure because you have prepared so well. confidence is key and i know you'll succeed. you're almost across the finish line.

Wow I'm jealous you look amazing now calm your nerves and get confident. I never saw above a 21 for Ochem qvault and ended up with a 25.!!

It's hard to explain what it feels like or how much those numbers matter to other people who aren't taking the exam so it's hard for them to relate or give advice. After reading these your posts, I'm definitely feeling more at ease and more confident. My thanks to the both of you and congrats on scores 🙂
