What's the easiest/least expensive way to get to Albert Einstein from Grand Central Station? i.e. which subway should i catch to get close enough to AE where i can either catch a bus or taxi? I looked at their online travel page and the instructions are confusing.

thanks.

wow, you got an interview already?? AWESOME!!!

Let us know how it went. And good luck. 🙂

thanks. yah, i recently got an email requesting that schedule an interview by listing a few dates. (i had turned in the secondary app a few weeks ago and got an email sometime last week saying that my application was complete). i've only been in nyc once w/ some friends who knew their way around the city so i'm not really familiar w/ all the subway routes.

Since the #6 six train is located in Grand Central, I would take the 6 train to Westchester Square and then get on either the Bx21 or Bx31 Bus to Einstein. This will only cost you $3 roundtrip.

2 ways:

1) The 6 train, like holler said above,

or

2) The 5 train to E180th St, and take the Bx 21 bus to Einstein.

PS: The 5 may be a bit faster cuz it runs express thru Manhattan, but the 6 line usually has nicer trains and runs more often.
